2. How To Fall
Where recording and programming WERX was a learning experience (The oldest track dates back to 2004, back when Dan was only just starting to use Fruityloops, his program of choice), and most of the tracks on it are simply experiments that he saw through to the end, he came into this second project with a far clearer sense of what he could do, and pushed himself on new things.
It ended up being a lot more “traditional” – more guitars, more vocals (The level of instrumentals took a dive), and generally having more of a rock texture whilst keeping the electronica influences that made WERX stand out.
